1. Introduction
IS Consulting sp. z o.o. attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and the security of personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through this website, for what purpose and on what legal basis, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law.

3. What data we collect
We collect only the data you actively provide to us, together with limited, anonymised technical data. This includes data submitted through the contact form, namely name, email address, organisation name (optional field) and the content of the message, as well as anonymised website traffic data collected by privacy focused analytics, without cookies and without identifying individuals. The website also makes documents (analyses and position papers) available for download in PDF format. Downloading these documents does not require providing any data or completing a form.
4. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process data from the contact form in order to respond to your enquiry and to take steps prior to the conclusion of a possible contract, on the basis of our legitimate interest and of actions taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We process anonymised traffic data in order to understand how the website is used and to improve its operation, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). To the extent required by law, we may process data in order to fulfil legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Analytics, cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, we do not use browser local storage (localStorage), and we do not use third party tracking or advertising scripts. To analyse traffic, we use Umami, a privacy focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not create persistent identifiers and does not profile users. Analytics data is processed within the European Union. The contact form is protected by an anti spam mechanism that does not require cookies and does not share data with third parties such as Google.
6. Recipients of data
Data may be processed by trusted providers acting on our behalf, under data processing agreements compliant with the GDPR, namely the website hosting provider ensuring its operation and maintenance, and the analytics provider (Umami) with respect to anonymised traffic data, within the European Union. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
7. Retention period
We store messages submitted via the contact form for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are automatically deleted. Anonymised analytics data is retained in accordance with the settings of the analytics tool and does not allow individuals to be identified.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: the right of access to data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, please contact us at contact@isconsulting.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, PUODO (the Polish data protection authority).
