The best technical safeguards cannot replace an aware person. People make decisions, recognise threats and respond in day to day work, which is why building competence is one of the most effective ways to raise an organisation's security. We run training tailored to the role and responsibility of participants, from senior management, through specialists, to all employees. We teach concretely and practically, grounded in real requirements and situations.
Building awareness and competence is not an optional extra. Cybersecurity regulations, including NIS2 and its Polish implementation (KSC), explicitly expect organisations to train staff and management in risk management and their respective obligations. Responsibility for cybersecurity also rests directly with management, which is why we direct training not only at teams but above all at those who make decisions. A well trained team also means a lower risk of a costly mistake, from clicking a phishing link to mishandling data.
We tailor training to the role of participants, because a board member, a specialist and an employee each need something different in day to day work.
Group 01
Training for boards and senior management, focused on obligations arising from NIS2 and KSC, management's responsibility for cybersecurity, and making informed decisions about risk. No technical jargon, but a strong focus on what management must know and what it is accountable for.
Group 02
Training for people responsible for security and compliance within the organisation. It covers, among other things, personal data protection and data protection law, and cybersecurity management based on the ShieldNet framework, aimed at cybersecurity coordinators and people who want to develop in this area. This training is for those who build and maintain security day to day.
Group 03
Training that builds awareness and safe habits for all employees, regardless of position. Cyber hygiene, recognising phishing, and safe handling of information and data. Also available as e-learning, which allows the whole team to be trained at a convenient time.
We deliver training in the format that best suits your organisation. We run it online and on site at the client. It is available on demand, organised for your team on request, and we also run selected topics regularly in an online format. We tailor the content and level to the audience, and we embed materials and examples in the realities of your sector, so that knowledge translates into everyday practice.
Training participants receive training materials and confirmation of completion. We issue a PDF certificate of completion and a digital badge, which the participant can present, for example, in a professional profile. These confirm participation in the training and completion of its programme, and are not an accredited certification of competence, which requires an independent examination. They are meant to document the training attended, not to replace formal qualification certificates.
