Outcome
Participants can challenge the risk register prepared by their team, justify the order of spending, and name the metrics they will enforce.

Risk register template, a one-page set of board-level metrics, certificate.

Live online or on site, group of 6 to 15 people.
Prerequisites
None. The module combines well with A1 into a single day.
