    Three hours for the management board and the supervisory board: how to read a risk register, how to set the order of spending, and which figures to demand every quarter.

    Tabletop exercise for leadership: incident and crisis communication

    A four-hour exercise built on an incident scenario: crisis team decisions under time pressure, the decision to report to CSIRT, and external communication.

    OKR in cybersecurity management: from requirements to measurable quarterly goals

    A day of workshop for the management board and the people running the security programme, after which the organisation has one set of quarterly goals, with owners and data sources.

    A session for all employees: real attack examples, recognising phishing, and how to report a suspicion.

    Protecting information and personal data in daily work

    Two hours for everyone who processes personal data: the rules at the workstation, recognising a breach, and the first hour after it.
